Booking Information and eCommerce

When making a booking on our site or making a purchase, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other details to help you with your experience. The only information we collect from you is the minimum we need for our site to function and to secure bookings and/or to deliver any products you order. This information is NEVER shared with any other company or person, with the exception of:

- our booking processing company, MINDBODY.

- our shopping cart and payment processing companies, Ecwid (Privacy Policy) and PayPal.

Bookings and gift voucher transactions on this site are securely directed through MINDBODY. We don’t receive or process any of your financial information. Your credit card information is NOT stored on our server and only MINDBODY sees your credit card information.

MINDBODY also take your privacy seriously and you can read their Privacy Policy here.

Other product purchases on this site (i.e. not Gift Vouchers) are directed through our shopping cart platform, Ecwid, with transactions securely directed through PayPal. The only information we see is whether or not the transaction was successful along with your e-mail and physical address information so that we may let you know the status of your order.

Again, we don’t receive or process any of your financial information. Your credit card information is NOT stored on our server and only PayPal sees your credit card information. 


Contact Form Enquiries and Newsletter Subscriptions

You can contact us on this site via our contact form and also subscribe to our newsletter. We will only use your contact details to provide you with information about our services. We will not share your personal information with or sell it to third-party marketers. We do not store enquiries made via our contact form on our server. Messages sent through our site are encrypted and protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser.

However, we may use the following third-party service providers named below to process and store your data if you opt in for our newsletter: Create Send, which we use to manage email marketing lists and send emails to our subscribers. Read their privacy policy.

Everyone on our newsletter list should have opted in or signed up to receive emails from us. You may opt out of any future communications from us at any time by emailing us : or by unsubscribing by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails.


How We Use Cookies

We use cookies to make this site as useful as possible. A cookie is a small file which is placed on your computer’s hard drive.
